SoCal MG Club’s Annual Pool Party at the Wertheim’s Home

The party began at 2:00 in the afternoon on at the home of Diane Wertheim. It was a perfect day and place with a spectacular view of the western San Fernando Valley. We heard about when the 1951 MG TD was first driven to its new home, it was driven in reverse up the steep incline and now daughter, Andrea, is learning how to drive the TD with Adam’s help. Diane’s opening her home up to us for an afternoon of fun, swimming, tire kicking and camaraderie on a hot summer way was wonderful. A few members took advantage of cooling off in the pool and sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. Several ladies gathered in the air conditioning and just did “lady talk” and they guys had their “guy talk” all over the house. Everyone enjoyed themselves.
