Location: Woodley Park, Van Nuys, California between Burbank Boulevard and Victory Boulevard, just North of the intersection of the 406 and 101 Freeways.
Time: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Historically, 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. is more realistic.
